Built by Andy at Better Air Spokane to make filter choices easier to verify. Real packaging, readable labels and a record of what we could not resolve.
Different claims need different support

Independent reviewers reread source pixels for the pressure tables. That checks the transcription; it is not another experiment or independent laboratory certification.
Fit, bypass, airflow and particle capture have different roles. Our diagrams teach those relationships; they do not measure your home.
Andy’s AprilAire preference comes from Better Air Spokane’s field experience and documented fit relationships. It is separate from the brand-neutral evidence catalog.
The 413 label repeats an airflow. A Filtrete label prints a decimal the owner confirmed is erroneous. An HDX rating differs from its retailer listing. We show these limits instead of fixing the data to make a chart look tidy.
Read the source questions →All 229 still photographs have a private review disposition. Only the individually approved, sanitized release crops are public. Some records show labels rather than full product views; an unresolved cabinet photo is not used as a verified model illustration.
No copied restricted PDFs, original private metadata or customer information are published.
Better Air Spokane is the practitioner behind this project. It may recommend products it installs or sells; that practical preference is not evidence of universal superiority. A catalog listing is not an endorsement or a fit guarantee.
